The Workforce Center is a central point of service for those seeking employment, training, and related services. The Workforce Center is referred to as the one-stop hub to connect job seekers and employers with career support, and includes personalized job search expertise, resume and cover letter assistance, mock interviews, career interest testing, job advertising, and prescreening applications. The Workforce Center's goal is to connect job seekers with opportunities and strengthen the workforce. The Workforce Center helps people stay on their feet by providing unemployment navigation assistance; assists in building careers by offering career assessments and skill training programs; brings job seekers and employers together through job advertisement and application assistance. The Worland Workforce is dedicated to the community and collaborates to support a strong workforce. The Worland Workforce Center has a yearly job fair to connect job seekers and employers. The Worland Workforce Center works with the high school to plan and put on an annual career fair to encourage youth to learn about the variety of career opportunities available to them. The Worland Workforce Center works with local businesses to host hiring events.
